Spring, Summer or Fall, the Delaware River offers an exciting outdoor adventure for beginners, as well as the more experienced. In some respects, a lifetime away from the fast pace of the city, yet less than a tankful of a gas round trip from either Philadelphia or New York. Adventure Sports will have you exploring and boating through the spectacular Pocono Mountains and Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area of Northeastern Pennsylvania. In fact, if you’re lucky, you can still see (not take) their arrowheads along the shoreline to remind us of America’s heritage. It’s almost the way the Native Americans knew it many years ago. From the moment you first dip your paddle into the water, you will be taken by the serene beauty of the river. Even if you have never canoed, kayaked or rafted before, you will be surprised how quickly you learn. We offer various length trips on the Delaware River, through the beautiful Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. We take pride in our top quality rental craft consisting of Old Town canoes and kayaks and Hyside 6-man rafts.
